I particularly liked the very sensible idea of the maintenance plan, which you can choose to pick back up at any time, for a fee, to upgrade the platform at a reasonable price. Therefore I have not had any dealings with support, so to be fair I can not comment on this area.
SMI MOTIVEWAVE SOFTWARE
I have never had any problems at all with the platform, which proves how stable the software is. Every type of trading can be accommodated on the platform: Stocks, Forex, Options, Futures although I can only speak about trading Forex with a live account through MotiveWave. You can start the day by scanning for good set ups across all markets,(dependent on your broker) using default scanners or use study scans of your own choosing. The flexibility is endless as you make new work spaces to suit all the different strategies and studies that are available.
SMI MOTIVEWAVE FULL
I use MotiveWave normally 5 days a week and when I make any major changes, I am able to make a full back up copy in seconds. As a retired engineer I find it is amazing what thought and invention has gone into this product. You just drag and drop components onto the screen for your analysis. I like the idea that there are numerous short cuts to change your charts, wherever your mouse pointer is sitting on your screen. If you don't like something you can easily change it, with just a few clicks of your mouse. As an old timer, it has been easy to set up the work spaces to suit my style of trading. Nothing, in my opinion, comes close to MotiveWave, especially if you study or practise Elliot Wave theory in your trading practise. I chose the full licence after trying numerous other platforms over the previous 3 years.
I have been using the Professional/Ultimate version of MotiveWave since October 2019. It is not often in life you buy something that is worth every penny you have paid for it. I have never taken the time to write a review before, in my 59 years on this planet, but this software warrants it. If you do want help in adjusting any settings, please contact Is The Best The data feed you use will also greatly impact what you see in the charts.
We have very advanced tools (including DOM, Heat map, and more) with a lot of preferences, so it may just be that the settings you were using needed to be set to your preferences. Many people do (especially our Heat map). I'm sorry you didn't like our Order Flow tools. The images in your post don't show how you sent your cancellation request or the email address you sent it to. The Forum is not where you request a cancellation of a lease. Our Forum is a User Forum that is answered by our Users. Once we have the actual email address you used to purchase and with which you said you've emailed us, we can look into the emails you've mentioned you sent, and we can process the cancellation. Please email from the email address you used to purchase and we will be happy to resolve this for you promptly. I do not see any emails from you in our Sales or Support inbox asking for a cancellation under your forum account email address. Yes, to cancel your lease subscription, you need to email as our Cancellation Policy states.
